Tonya Holt

Tonya Holt describes herself first and foremost as a child of God. Married for 23 years, she is the mother of a blended family of seven children and 17 grandchildren. She also takes pride in her role as a sister and a sister friend to many.

Through her dedication to her community and her church, Tonya works hard to help marginalized populations. Whether it is passing out food to those who are hungry, donating toiletries to those who are unhoused, or doing Toys for Tots drives, Tonya gives back to the community in any way she can.

In addition to being a 2017 graduate of the Hardy Bible School, Tonya is also a published author. Her writing was featured in a 2019 volume of short stories. After a long career as a city school bus driver, Tonya presently furthers her own recovery and fosters the recovery of others through her work as a Certified Recovery Specialist at Summit Treatment Services.
