Mental, physical, and spiritual wellness can all contribute to recovery, so it seemed like a great match to offer yoga at the 2018 Recovery Walk. Join Salt Power Yoga and start your day off focused and refreshed with an 8:00 am morning yoga session at the 11th and Waterfront Parking Lot.
The experience will be lead with the knowledge that many participants may have never tried yoga before and that physical ability varies. All are welcome and encouraged to give this centering, soothing practice a try!
Some yoga mats will be available, but if you have your own feel free to bring it.
